Processing and Shipping Timelines

Since each of our handmade rings and jewelry pieces are made after you order to ensure accurate fit and customization requests, we require a bit of time to create them. Most memorial and customized rings and items will be ready to ship in 4 weeks. Standard items will be ready in 2 weeks. These timelines are subject to change but we will keep processing times updated as needed. 

Please note that picking express or priority shipping options does not shorten the creation time. If you need your item more quickly then our normal production time, please message for possibilities as we do offer "Rush Order Options" for an additional fee. 

Shipping rates and options are made available at during the checkout process. 

Please pick the shipping option that you are most comfortable with -- we are not responsible for any items after they ship. We cannot offer refunds or remakes due to lost packages. 

If you are sending cremation ash to be added to your ring, you need to select USPS Express shipping at checkout due to new UPSP policies regarding the shipping of cremation ash.
