Processing and Shipping Timelines

Since each of our handmade rings and jewelry pieces are made after you order to ensure accurate fit and customization requests, we require a bit of time to create them. Most memorial and keepsake items will be ready to ship 4 weeks after receipt of the memorial material. Standard items that do not include any memorial material will be ready in 2 to 3 weeks from date of purchase.

Please note that picking express or priority shipping options does not shorten the creation time. If you need your item more quickly then our normal production time, please message for possibilities as we do offer "Rush Order Options."

Shipping rates and options are made available at during the checkout process. If you are sending ashes and you want any unused ashes returned with your ring, please select USPS shipping as UPS and FedEx have policies against shipping ashes. 

Please pick the shipping option that you are most comfortable with -- we are not responsible for any items after they ship. We cannot offer refunds due to lost packages.
