Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for any issues with your ring. And a 1-Year warranty on the inlay portion of your ring. 

If your ring has any issues in the first 30 day, simply notify us of the problem via email with pictures. You will need to return your ring and allow us to inspect the problem. If we determine the issue was caused by quality concerns, we will remake your ring and ship it back to you at no cost. However, if there is damage to the ring from various causes such as drops, chemicals, blunt force, then you will need to purchase a new ring as we cannot guarantee our rings against human error.  

Up to 1 year after delivery of your ring, if you notice any issues with the inlay portion of your ring please contact us immediately via email as any issue with quality of inlay is covered in our 1 year warranty. Again, this does not include issues related to human error. 

Returns do not include sizing issues--we cannot change the size of your ring. We offer a free sizer with the purchase of any ring so you can be sure you are ordering the right size. We recommend going to a jewelry store for a professional sizing to 100% certain you order the right size.

We do not offer resizing as our handmade rings cannot be resized. If you are not 100% sure of the ring size you need, please let us know and we will send you a free ring size gauge. We cannot resize our handmade rings. 


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In situations where we do not receive the memorial material in a timely manner: No refund will be given if you are unable or unwilling to send the memorial material. We will create an item of equal or lesser value with no memorial material included if this occurs. We will hold your order indefinitely and create your item once the material arrives at our shop--there is no time limit for how long it takes you to send in the material.
