30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date.

After reviewing your photos, we may require you to ship the item back for inspection.

If the issue is due to our workmanship or materials, we’ll remake your item at no charge.

Important: Wrong size or damage caused by dropping, chemicals, blunt force, improper handling, or other human errors are not covered in either warranty.
1-Year Warranty (Inlay Only)
Your ring's inlay is covered for 1 year from original date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials.

Contact us immediately via email with clear photos if you notice inlay issues.

The warranty covers only defects related to our materials or workmanship, not damage caused by misuse or accidents.

Bending in Sterling Silver rings is NOT covered under warranty.
Returns for Sizing Issues

We cannot resize our handmade rings.

We provide a free ring sizer upon request with your purchase and strongly recommend professional sizing at a local jeweler before ordering.

Sizing errors are not eligible for return or refund.
No Refunds or Exchanges on Custom/Personalized Items

Due to their custom nature, memorial and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Repairs and Refinishing

If your ring requires refinishing or repair, contact us via email to discuss available options and costs.

Cost will vary based on multiple factors such as materials used and extent of damage.

We reserve the right to decline repair if we determine the ring is irreparable.

Rings made with softer metals or materials (sterling silver, titanium, carbon fiber, stainless steel, etc.) can typically be refinished or repaired only once due to their nature.

Memorial Material Policy (If Material is Not Sent)

We require memorial materials (ashes, hair, etc.) to complete memorial orders. If you are unable or unwilling to send these materials, no refund will be issued. Instead, we’ll create your item without memorial materials or offer you a different design of equal or lesser value.

Your order is held indefinitely—there is no deadline for sending memorial materials.
